With the recent release of the Windows 8 operating system, we have been working over the clock to test all our software’s compatibility with this system. We are proud to announce that the software applications listed below are compatible with Windows 8, both 32-bit and 64-bit version.



For the remaining software applications, we will continue to conduct thorough testing and update to all its users, resellers and partners once the compatibility result is obtained.

    You can download the latest FingerTec TCMSv2 Software from the link below and follow the step from the TCMSv2 Manual, click the below link for TCMSv2 manual and installation file TCMSv2 software

    For the Product Key and Activation Key, please provide me your FingerTec terminal serial number so we can generate it for you. You can check the serial number from the Menu > System Info > Device Info > Serial Number or check at the back of the terminal for the serial number sticker.

    Can I switch from TCMS V2 to Ingress? Would I need to buy the full version?

      Yes you can switch from TCMSv2 to Ingress software. Unfortunately TCMSv2 data/information can't migrate to Ingress software yet. There are no chargers for Ingress software. You can download it from below website.

      Please take note that TCMSv2 software designed for time attendance management, while Ingress software is toward access control.

      Hello,

      If you need the TCMSv2 activation code, you can always retrieve the TCMSv2 key at
      http://user.fingertec.com/retrieve_key_user.php
      Our system will automatically generate the TCMSv2 activation code. If there is any other information required, do let know so we may assist you accordingly.

    Is there any way to install tcms viewer on windows 8? So far I tried using guide for installation on windows 7 but get stuck. Need your assistance.

      We have tested and found that the TCMSv2 viewer is compatible with Windows 8.

      If you are having any error messages when installing the TCMSv2 viewer on the Windows 8, please send a screenshot of it to support@fingertec.com, so that we can assist you further on this matter

    i can see that my device has connected to webster but i am not getting the users or the transactions and it's showing x on the fingertec device
