'Access Combo' is yet another access control function that is included in the powerful data management application, TCMS V2. Use this feature to heighten protection at a specific door, whereby verification needs to be done by a combination of different users. This is specifically suitable for high-security rooms or vaults that requires more than one senior-level employees from different departments (i.e.: Head of HR, Head of Marketing, CFO) to be present for verification. Exporting Data from Attendance Sheet into CSV Format in TCMS V2

TCMS V2 is a comprehensive and powerful management software designed exclusively for FingerTec's facial, fingerprint and card system terminals. Part of what makes the software so flexible is its ability to export data for integration with third party applications. Read below for a step-by-step guide on how to export data from the  TCMS V2's Attendance Sheet into comma-separated value (CSV) format.

Step 1

Open the TCMS V2 software > Attendance Sheet > Click Export.


Step 2

Select the Employee ID and range of Date to be exported > Choose between Export Detail or Export Summary.


Step 3

Tick on Delimited with double quotation mark and separated with comma > Click ASCII > Voila! The exported file will have the CSV formatting.

Ingress Login via Fingerprint Verification

Ingress is an integrated access control management application that is the complete solution for centralizing, managing, and monitoring door activity in FingerTec access control devices. To enhance security, users can log in using fingerprint verification instead of username and password. This is possible with the OFIS or OFIS-Y scanners via the steps below:

1) You can enroll the fingerprint at System Settings > User Account > Select the user name to add fingerprint > Click Register at FP Template1.



2) Place your finger according to the highlighted image (as below) 4 times and click on OK to save. 


3) Done will be shown next to FP Template1 after sucessfully registering the fingerprint. You can click Register at FP Template2 to enroll another fingerprint, or click OK if you are done. 


4) Voila! Now you can click at the icon shown below when logging into Ingress for access via fingerprint.
