ex. the absent days wont show , the overall size of the report is smaller and the preview is different than the actual print .

DeleteFor Employee time card report didn't show for Absent,Offday and Restday. Please make sure to tick "Show Zero Hour" before click preview button.

ReplyDeleteWe are using the same version but for past few days, for some of the employees check-out time is not displaying. Hence when I went through the audit list just to make sure if in fact terminals were working, I found out that their leaving time was marked as check- in time.

For your information, the clocking data in the terminal will automatically delete if you download it to the TCMSv2 software by using the TCP/IP or serial connection.
Please make sure that you didn't install the TCMSv2 software at more than one PC in same LAN because it could cause data spread among these computers and could not show the actual report.
Example: If you install the TCMSv2 at PC A and PC B, when you download the data to PC A, the data will appear at PC A only and will not appear in PC B. When you download the data to PC B, the data will appear at PC B only and will not appear in PC A.
Please refer to your Reseller to guide you to use the TCMSv2 Software. If there is any other information required, you may send an email to us at support@fingertec.com

Hi, I one of admin for my company.There an issue. When user thumb in/out at the terminal. It verified the data. But when check in the FTDP, the data is missing. There are some user facing this problem. Also our fingertec terminal taking time to verified some user fingerprint.

For your information you can download and use the device info tool and provide of a screen shot of your device info, by following the steps below:
1) Download and unzip “Devinfo_client” zip file at :
http://www.fingertec.com/download/DevInfo.zip
2) Run the Devinfo.exe tool
3) Key in the Ip and connect the device.
4) Screen shot the details of your device displayed in the tool

If you want to activate R3 in TCMSv2 Software, you can directly refer to your local reseller to purchase the TCMSv2 Software license. Hi, I have an issue. Its not showing timeout for our evening/night shift staff for Friday only.

Referring to your issue, kindly provide us some screenshots of the issue and a copy of your backup database by emailing them to us (support@fingertec.com) for further checking.
To backup, go to system settings > database configuration > backup. If the database quite large, please upload to any sharing website such as www.sendspace.com or google drive then provide us the download link.
