TCMS V3 Release Note v2.1.3.7

The all new release of TCMS V3 software is now packed with 16 new features and enhancements, together with 13 bug fixes that resolve errors found in previous versions. Kindly refer below for the new features and bug fixes:

1. Added new language – Serbian



2. Added new option to Enable/Disable, Change/Edit User ID value in System Settings.  This allows Admin to enable or disable function and edit User ID which could not be edited on previous versions.



3. Added “Display Last Name First” option in System Settings. This allows the display of Last Name First as there is no option for this on previous version.

 

4. Added last save folder path for TIMING in System Settings.



5. Added count for total holiday(s) allowed in Holiday Listing within Attendance Module on top of the Holiday List Calendar.



6. Added History tab in Export Scheduler.



7. Added new export payroll type - "Kakitangan" for country Malaysia. For company info which is set in Malaysia, a new payroll type called “Kakitangan” will be added in terms of the new update.

 

8. Added option to open File Location after backup process is completed.



9. Display number of users/departments in Export Scheduler and Report Scheduler.





10. Enhanced Auto Add Break rule to exclude whole break time if users do not punch Break Out & Resume In. Previously, if users do not clock for lunch/dinner, the time will then be added into the worktime. Now with this option, users can select to deduct the lunch/dinner time if no clocking was made.



11. Display each transaction device info for Job List in Attendance Sheet.



12. Added new Batch Update Planner for user duty planner. Enhanced update planner by using Batch Update Planner to allow easier bundle update.



13. Consolidated options for manually downloaded audit data in System Settings.



14. Added export invalid audit data with check sum error.

15. Display progress bar when generating report.



16. Added "Tab" separator into Export Audit Data Type 2.


   
        Bug Fixed
1. Fixed unable to save user accordingly within each export template for Export Sage UBS Payroll.



2. Fixed display of absent value for Leave Type on Workdays when exporting Attendance Details.



3. Fixed Software error while uploading large user count into multiple devices concurrently.



4. Fixed Job Cost Analysis Report displaying all of the clocking done within 1 minutes with differences in seconds.



5. Fixed Correction Report to display the correct data when "Original Clocking" Feature is enabled.



6. Fixed unable to add email address containing " - " in Company Info.



7. Fixed unable to import User from USB file to Software.



8. Fixed TA500 freezing issue while downloading/uploading user info from the terminal.



9. Fixed Export User data to USB file into compatible format for TA500.



10. Fixed editing Job List Attendance Sheet to capture the correct records.



11. Fixed export attendance data with CSV format being separated by comma instead of semicolon.



12. Fixed unable to migrate face template from backup file in TCMS V2 migration wizard.

 

13. Fixed unable to export fingerprint template via Export User to USB for black and white devices.
