TCMSv3 Release Note v2.2.0.6

For this month, FingerTec has released TCMSv3 software v2.2.0.6 which adds 17 new features and 32 bugs fixes to enhance the user experience when using TCMSv3 Software.

1.       Added show the list date of changes on User Duty Planner
2.       Added define Weekend (Sat and Sun or Fri and Sat) for attendance module in System Settings

3.       Added selection filter user by Department or Group Duty Roster in System Settings
4.       Added work code description into Attendance Sheet when select from Job Costing

5.       Added Header selection in Export Attendance Details and Summary

6.       Added more information and action if device added unsuccessfully
7.       Removed Select All option for choose date in Attendance Sheet

8.       Added User Verify Type in User Module

9.       Added define Device Type when Read USB file in User Module
10.   Added export User Photo to USB file

11.   Added Download User from Device/USB can let User directly assign department
12.   Added select recently added/updated user to Upload User to Device
13.   Added Sage UBS export in TXT format

14.   Added Periodic Password Change Policy for System User Account
15.   Added Integration with i-TimeTec, allow to import data from i-TimeTec

16.   Added Find for all listing grid (Device, User)
17.   Added new export field In/Out in Export Audit Data Type 2

Bug Fixed
1. Fixed incorrect deduction of Overtime for Restday using Flexi Schedule
2. Fixed User unable to download user data via USB pendrive from TA500
3. Fixed unable to delete alphanumeric user id user through Remove Device User
4. Fixed unable to download the correct User ID and Username from USB flash disk
5. Fixed missing roster details for January when importing the roster via excel file format
6. Fixed unable to export data for MYOB payroll
7. Fixed incorrect Work Code for Job Costing option when exporting Attendance Sheet Details
8. Fixed unable to choose specific user after searching user
9. Fixed unable to deduct 30 min Break Time from Overtime during Offday,Restday and
Holiday
10. Fixed unable to view original clocking data in the report for any edited data
11. Fixed unable to generate Attendance after assign user to new roster
12. Fixed unable to display job list details if job code description contains apostrophe
13. Fixed error logged when user save user duty planner where Remark contains of symbol
14. Fixed unable to export photo to USB
15. Fixed User Duty Planner reset to default does not reset remark entered
16. Fixed User treeview display incorrect when refresh treeview or delete user from right click
menu

18. Fixed system does not set Work Time for Sunday when Sunday is Workday
19. Fixed system does not define Restday according to setting in System Settings
20. Fixed incorrect Modified Datetime displayed when admin update user's details
21. Fixed Select All checkbox remained checked after Show recently added/updated user value

28. Fixed incorrect content exported in Txt Format in Export Scheduler
29. Fixed incorrect Work & OT Time when Half day Leave Hour applied in Attendance Sheet
30. Fixed incorrect result when miss punch sorting in attendance sheet

      Good day to you,

      Referring to your inquiry, please be informed that there's no automatic update mechanism. You have to update the software manually by following the steps below

      1) Open TCMSv3 folder (Local Disk C > Program Files (x86) > FingerTec > TCMSv3) and copy Ingress.MDB
      2) Paste Ingress.MDB in C:Fingertec backup folder
      3) Uninstall current TCMSv3 Software from Control Panel
      4) Rename TCMSv3 folder as "oldTCMSv3"
      5) Install the latest TCMSv3 installer below
      https://www.fingertec.com/softwareupdate/TCMSV3/software-tcmsv3_download_e.html
      6) Run TCMSv3 Software and restore the backup database above

  2. Hello,

    I am running ver 2.2.18. All my attendance if sorted, lists as miss punch. WHY?

      Good day to you.

      Regarding your query, please check if you had tick on "miss punch" option in the attendance sheet.

      If yes, please untick and check on the attendance record.

      However , if issue persists, please provide the screenshot of your issue to support@fingertec.com and stating the details of your issue.

  3. Hello Athirah,

    I checked, when there is no tick, it attendance is displayed for all for all employees regardless of their finger scans.

    But when I tick the checkbox for miss punch, it displays only employees who as scanned their finger.

      Referring to your inquiry, kindly be informed that we have already fixed the bug in the latest TCMSv3 version (v2.2.1.8). You may update your TCMSv3 by following the steps below

      1) Open TCMSv3 folder (Local Disk C > Program Files (x86) > FingerTec > TCMSv3) and copy Ingress.MDB
      2) Paste Ingress.MDB in C:Fingertec backup folder
      3) Uninstall current TCMSv3 Software from Control Panel
      4) Rename TCMSv3 folder as "oldTCMSv3"
      5) Install the latest TCMSv3 installer below
