How to send Message to user(s) in TimeTec TA
Introduction
If you are a TimeTec user, you will now be able to send messages or leave private messages for another user(s) directly. You can use this message feature to send Announcements & News, Reminder, wishes, chatting and so on. Below are the steps on sending messages in th eTimeTec Web.
Process (TimeTec TA Web)
1. Login into TimeTec TA Web and click on ‘Message’ (Red Box) at the bottom of the page
2. Fill in the subject and body message. Click the ‘+’ button to search for Recipient(s).
3. Click ‘Browse from User List’
4. You can search the Recipient(s) by Name, Organization Structure, or you can select the user(s) by clicking them manually. You may select multiple users and click ‘Add’ to proceed.
5. Lastly, click ‘Send’.
6. As the recipient, they can view the message by clicking ‘Message’ (Red Box) at the bottom of the page or to view the existing conversation.
7. Here is a sample view of how recipients may reply to the conversation.
