How to Check-In Invited or Pre-Registered Visitors in TimeTec VMS
Introduction
For invited visitors or pre-registered visitors who have submitted their registration form, their records will be available in TimeTec VMS under the expected arrival list. These records are the reference point for the host or the front desk officer to manage those visitors upon arrival.

Process
A. Check-In Visitor from TimeTec VMS Web
1. In the TimeTec VMS dashboard, click on the Checked-In and Checked-Out tabs to hide these categories from the list and show Expected Arrival visitors only.
2. To search the visitors' names, click on the Search button and key in their names. To check-in visitors, click on the Check-In icon.
4. A success message will appear once the visitor has been successfully checked in. Click on OK to close the box.
B. Check-In Visitors from I-Vizit tablet
1. On the I-Vizit app homepage, the pre-registered visitors will appear in the Expected Arrival section. The number of expected arrival visitors will be shown in the red circle as shown below. Tap on the Expected Arrival to show the upcoming visitor list.
4. Verify the visitor’s details and amend them accordingly, if necessary. Otherwise, click Next to proceed.
5. If the Health Screening Form is enabled, visitors will fill in the questionnaire during registration. However, the temperature information will need to be inserted during the check-in process. Insert the temperature, then click on the Check-In button.
6. A success message will appear once the visitor has been successfully checked-in. Click on OK to close the message.
7. Another method to check-in visitors is by scanning the QR code from their visitation ticket. In the homepage, tap on Scan QR Code.
9. Place the QR code at the tablet's back so the tablet can scan the QR code. Then proceed to verify the visitor's details and check-in following the above steps.
