Synchronizing TimeTec Patrol Routes With Schedule (Patrol Location did not appear in Schedule routes option error)
TimeTec Patrol caters to that complexity of patrol scheduling by automating the whole scheduling process. This article covers patrol locations that did not appear in the schedule routes option.
A. Create Patrol Routes.
1. Go to TimeTec Patrol > ROUTES > Patrol Routes > click on the “Add” button
B. Select the available checkpoint and set the internal scan (min) / Tolerance (min)
Note: All the internal scan minutes and the Tolerance minutes will be combined in estimated routes duration in minutes, which is only available based on the scheduled time set to assign the guard during schedule setup.
C. Next, Go to the schedule module and click on the “Add” button.
D. Set the scheduled time range and click on the assigned routes and guard button.
Note: The available routes are the routes that, when combined with estimated routes duration in minutes, are lesser than the scheduled time range set.
1. Select guards to be assigned to the routes and submit.
Remark: You can re-check at the Patrol route estimated routes duration (min) in the patrol Routes module to fix the time so it can appear in the schedule option.
